Mostarda Bioland Feinkostsenf Columella I - 200 ml

Columella I ist ein naturreiner, grobkörniger Feigensenf mit Chili, Orangenöl und diversen anderen Gewürzen.

Ein wunderbar geschmacksintensiver Senf, der aus der Masse der bekannten Senfe durch die interessante Mischung aus Süße und Schärfe, sowie der besonderen Konsistent heraussticht.
Fein-cremig und samtig am Gaumen. Sehr gelungen durch die gegensätzlichen Komponenten aus Süße und Schärfe und die Struktur der knackigen, bissfesten Senfkörner.

Dieser Senf verführt ständig zum Nachessen ("Löffelsenf")

Verwendung:
Ideal zum Kochen, zu Fleisch, Wurst, Fisch und Salat.

Übrigens hat dieser Senf auf der Senfweltmeisterschaft in Nappa Valley den 3.ten Platz in der Kategorie Bio erzielt.

Außerdem wurde Columella I beim Superior Taste Award 2011 von der Jury des International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi) mit der Bestnote 3 Sterne (Hervorragend) ausgezeichnet.
