Der Alpenrosenhonig, in Österreich auch „Almrauschhonig“ genannt, ist eine wahre Rarität unter den Sortenhonigen, da seine Ernte in 1500m Seehöhe stattfindet. Dies ist für Bienen und Imker durch stark schwankende Wetterbedingungen eine große Herausforderung und gelingt nicht jedes Jahr. Dieser champagnerfärbige Honig besticht mit seinem milden blumigen Aroma. Ernteregion: Zirbitzkogel in der Steiermark

Bio-Imkerei Neber aus St. Lorenzen im Mürztal - Steiermark/Österreich

Anton Neber ist Imker aus Leidenschaft, ohne Wenn und Aber. Zuerst war es nur ein Hobby, das er im Einklang mit der Natur betrieben hat. Beflügelt durch die Emsigkeit der Bienen entstand aber bald der Wunsch sich intensiver mit der Imkerei zu beschäftigen. 2002 schloss er seine Ausbildung zum Imkermeister an der steirischen Imkerschule ab und betreibt seitdem seine eigene professionelle Bienenzucht mit der in der Steiermark beheimateten Bienenrasse Carnica.
