vegan - glutenfrei - ohne Konservierungsstoffe - ohne Farbstoffe - 100 % Italienische Trauben - geschütze Herkunft I.G.P.

Der Verkaufshit von Guerzoni. Ein Qualitätsprodukt, ausschliesslich aus italienischen Trauben (überwiegend Roten Sorten wie Lambrusco und Sangiovese) bio- biodynamischen Anbaus. Die Herstellungskette ist vollständig unter Kontrolle von Guerzoni, so daß vom Rohmaterial her ebenso die Qualität gewährt wird. Eine Mischung aus konzentriertem, eingekochtem Traubenmost und Weinessig. Er enthält keinerlei Farbstoffe oder Konservierungsmittel.
Die ungefähr zweijährige Verfeinerung in Holzfässern verleiht diesem Balsamessige einen intensiven Duft und einen wunderbaren Geschmack sowie die typische unverkennbare süße Note.

Traditionell werden bei Guerzoni nur biologischeTrauben aus eigenem Anbau verwendet. Der grosse Respekt vor der Natur und die Liebe zur Landarbeit liessen sie alle Schwierigkeiten überwinden.
In den selben Jahren fängt Guerzoni mit der Produktion des Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena G.u. Demeter an.
Guerzoni ist die allererste Acetaia die sich weltweit Demeter bio-biodynamisch zertifizierte, und ist stolz drauf.
